We realize that we cannot answer all of your questions on the website. We get e-mail from all over the United States asking what to do about certain pests, and one fellow even took some pictures of some bugs in his garage and e-mailed them to me for identification. We really enjoy getting questions like this because we like to help and it's just something different. Please feel free to email questions, or call us on the phone, or, if you live in Las Vegas, we'll be tickled to come out and see what you're seeing, identify the problem, and give you our suggestions about the solution. All free of charge.

We know not everybody wants a pest control service, they think they don't need one, either due to not having many pests or due to their willingness to do the work themselves (see the link about do-it-yourselfers on our home page...grin). We don't mind giving advice. Why? Simple. We firmly believe that if we help folks with handling pests, some will continue to do the work themselves, and some will get busy and won't have time for it. The ones who get busy will cave in and hire the work out. Who do you think they're going to call? Exactly! The ones who are going to do the work themselves and never hire anyone aren't a loss to us either. Those folks will have friends and relatives here who may grumble to them about the pest situation, either because they don't have a service or are unhappy with the one they have, and guess again how the conversation is going to go. Yep, another referral.

Bottom line: It's in our best interests to provide as much help as possible to anyone interested in our field.
